Specimen preparation
A stochastic or regular pattern is applied onto the specimen's surface.


Image acquisition
Individual images or synchronised stereo images of the pattern are recorded at different load stages using CCD cameras.


Image processing and evaluation
3D coordinates, 3D displacements and the plane strain tensor are calculated automatically using photogrammetric evaluation procedures.


Results
The results as 3D visualization, section diagrams, time based analysis or analog values are displayed in reports or exported in standard file formats.
