Marking
Circular markers, adapters or markings are used as measuring points which are applied to or used on the object in the areas of interest.


Photographing
Images are taken freehand of the prepared object from different viewing angles by means of a digital photogrammetric camera.


Automatic Evaluation
From these images, the TRITOP software automatically calculates the image coordinates, the camera positions and the 3D coordinates of the measuring points. The self-monitoring system allows a statistic estimation of the measuring uncertainty.


Results
The 3D coordinates of the measuring points can precisely be measured in the TRITOP software, graphically visualized and compared to the CAD data. The results may be exported into standard formats or directly loaded into the ATOS software.
