Overview
ATOS Compact Scan combines precise optical 3D measurement with a compact design, making it suitable for dimensional inspection, reverse engineering, and product development. Using blue light fringe projection technology, it captures detailed surface geometry with high accuracy and repeatability while minimising the influence of ambient lighting.
Its flexible measuring volumes allow users to inspect small to medium-sized components efficiently without compromising measurement quality. Integrated with ZEISS INSPECT software, it supports complete inspection workflows, including CAD comparison, GD&T evaluation, mesh processing, and inspection reporting.
